Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds, but we will make sure to help you by navigating you until you activate your software successfully. If the key appears invalid, you will be provided with the replacement key or downloadable software.
dihaven.com reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, dihaven.com has the right to refuse a refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the purchased game, or the inability of your computer to run said product normally, all crashes and bugs are sent to the provider and maker of the said product.
