When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive the product you ordered within seconds of payment confirmation. In fact, we have developed a system that allows us to deliver your order within seconds.

How will we receive the purchase?

Your order is delivered in seconds on the same checkout page you made the payment and also via email, avoiding the environmental impact of shipping physical goods and the risk of the product being lost in any way. The software will be delivered to your checkout page & mailbox, so you can download and activate it immediately.

Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully. your satisfaction is very important to us.

Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds, but we will make sure to help you by navigating you until you activate your software successfully. If the key appears invalid, you will be provided with the replacement key or downloadable software.

The keys MUST be used within 30 days of the purchase, or the warranty is voided.

dihaven.com reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, dihaven.com has the right to refuse a refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.

Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the purchased game, or the inability of your computer to run said product normally, all crashes and bugs are sent to the provider and maker of the said product. (Microsoft, Adobe, Uplay, Steam, Origin, etc…)

The legal right of withdrawal is not justified. At the moment you make a purchase, you agree to direct delivery, thereby losing the right to cancel.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

We accept 30-day returns.

if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to Contact@dihaven.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Cases, where you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect, would be held at your expense by placing a new order. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How can I cancel an order?

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email us at Contact@dihaven.com and we’ll help find an alternative solution.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email Contact@dihaven.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at contact@dihaven.com (and include your original # order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order contains a gift card, please email contact@dihaven.com as soon as possible (including your # order number and cancel/change request) and we can help.
